Witnessing & Listening Session

Service Description

Be witnessed as you *Say all the Things* that you have been holding inside. This is a no judgement zone and an opportunity for all the things swirling in your mind to come out and be released. We will enter an energetic space between the metaphorical upper world and lower world, the light and the dark, and stand as witness to what wants to move through you. This ritual is meant to support a deeper organization of your systems to find a grounded settling within. Think of it as a live journal entry pouring out of you while being witnessed. It is in being witnessed that we can see ourselves more wholly. We will begin the session by setting clear intentions and and casting an energetic container to hold what will come through. We may do a few voice exercises to start the energy flowing as well as some gentle movement. We will conclude with a releasing ritual and close the container.
