PLANT SPIRIT MEDITATION SESSION

Join me at the Morgan Hill Yoga Collective for an all level flow class. This is an alignment based yoga class for all levels. A variety of poses and options offer a class suited to however you show up in the moment with waves of activation and restoration to balance the systems in the body.

WELLNESS SESSION

Support your journey through motherhood with movement classes. These prenatal and postpartum movement classes address all the transforming that happens in a pregnant and postpartum body. We think of everything as a core exercise first and work from the inside out to create whole body balance.  It goes much deeper then the physical body.  This class tunes you into the subtle energies of the body and the nervous system states so the practice serves to support us off our mats as well. Come to class for any of the following states:
