Women have gathered together in ritual for thousands of years. It is in our nature to come together and share our experience. In circle we connect -to ourselves and to others-, we celebrate, we support, we witness, we practice, we listen deeply, we share our story, we move, we dance, we sweat, we cry, we laugh, we say YES to all of our emotions. THE BLOSSOMING COURSE​
This course is where mothers and daughters grow together. I run at least one virtual online course every year and an in person round in Morgan Hill, CA. Starting with the preteens, The Blossoming Course sets a clear foundation for the transformations of puberty and begins important conversations between mothers and daughters. The second track, the mid-teen track, focuses on how to read the menstrual cycle and learn the language of the body. The last track, the late teen track, explores sexuality, sensuality and intimacy for a deeper understanding of your whole self as a woman. Read more about the courses HERE.
MOTHER CIRCLE
A sacred gathering for mothers at all stages who want to have deeper conversations about motherhood in the presence of a supportive community. I run this course at least once a year in person in Morgan Hill, CA. Read more about the course HERE.
