Service Description

We meet two days in a row for 3 hours each for this course. Dates for Spring 2026 are April 11 & 12. You must attend both days to complete the course. This foundational course offers mothers and daughters an opportunity to step into big themes in bitesize pieces. The priority is the time dedicated to spending time with each other with a common intention to learn and grow together. This track is meant to be taken before the daughter gets her first period. We cover: -Orienting to the Cycles -Puberty & Noticing Changes -Basic Embodied Anatomy -Consent & Boundaries -Intuition and the Family Line -Preparing for Menarche -Rites of Passage & Coming of Age In an effort to make these courses as available as possible payment is on a sliding scale. The lower end of the scale is for those who need financial assistance to be able to take the course, the middle of the scale is for those who can afford to pay for themselves, and the higher end of the scale is for those who have a bit extra to pay it forward to those needing financial help. ​ In Person Courses are priced at a sliding scale of $150-$250 If finances are in any way prohibiting you from signing up please contact me - no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
